Description of issue
Game is crashing with larger maps 1.11.4

Description
It is hard to tell if it is a legit bug but it seems to be crashing when I try to increase size of the map. attaching a map that is scaled up a bit. I was not able to scale rivers.bmp because it requires 1 pixel river start/end points so I added padding. i think it is related to rivers
Steps to Reproduce
extract map.zip to map folder, it should crash at startup
