Description
After the PanSlavic Revanchism Focus all the focuses are blocked because demand Lithuania requires being fascist and Demand Yugoslav Subjugation requires demand Lithunia. Similarly, Claim Russia requires Demand Slovakia and Governate of Livonia which also are locked behind being Fascist.

Steps to Reproduce
Take Romanov monarchist path.

The Issue seems to be unchanged and unresolved. Demand Lithuania requires being Fascist.Yugoslav Subjugation requires Demanding LithuaniaDemanding Slovakia requires being FascistGovernate of Livonia requires being Fascist
Claiming Russia requires all of the above focuses.
