Description of issue
Scorching the earth gives a considerable boost to supply. [Barbarossa v1.11.1.f6bd] [bf90]

Game Version
Barbarossa v1.11.1.f6bd (bf90)

Enabled DLC
All of the available DLCs were enabled.

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Description
Me and some friends were wondering how effective scorched earth would be. So we decided to do a test and disabled AI, IC was OFF and scorched earth all provinces in Poland. What we found out is that supply seemed to increase, somehow? I then tagswitched to Germany and invaded Poland. I've shown the production screen so you can see which one is the run with scorched earth and which one is the run without. In the scorched earth run I had barely any supply issues compared to the run without. We assumed this was a game mechanic working in an unintended way?

Another thing we found, which we thought was hilarious, is that if you scorch the province Krasnoyarsk (above Tannu Tuva) you fix the Siberian supply issues by cutting the Trans-Siberian railway.

Steps to Reproduce
Play as Poland (or any nation), look at the supply map mode and see how the East has poor supply, Now scorch every province and let a day pass by. You can then tagswitch to Germany and use allowdiplo to invade Poland directly.

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention! Does this issue persist into the new patch? And would you be able to confirm if this is on Single or Multiplayer?

If you still have this issue, would it be possible for you to provide a save file for use to look at?

Thank you again.
