Description
- "Supply use" should be "Supply Use"
- "Torpedo attack" should be "Torpedo Attack"
- "Depth charges" should be "Depth Charges"
- "Anti-air" should be "Anti-Air"
- "Surface detection" should be "Surface Detection"
- "Sub detection" should be "Sub Detection"

The rest appear to be fine.

Steps to Reproduce
- Start a new game with any country
- Open the Ship Designer
- Look at the displayed labels for each stat
