Bunch of smaller bugs [1.11.1]

Description
In my first playthrough I immediately had a bunch of smaller bugs/issues:
-Modern tanks (As Soviets, Lenin path) use the chassis texture for DLC players without me having the DLC (SPAA variant seemingly has the correct icon)
-Policy of Individual Security, Soviet tree Comintern branch, is misspelled
-For some reason, not sure if DLC related Germany's Red Menace name broke
-Several countries (Turkey most of all) occasionally get leaders in different portrait modes
-After the Trotskyist civil war started, my tree for unknown reasons broke temporarily in layout, this later fixed itself
-The nuke meter seemingly broke now it got moved (see images, UI scaling 1, 1440p borderless)

-Poland seems to have no cancel conditions on April constitution, meaning it remained when I puppeted them as communist Russia

Loaded the same savegame with new patch (yesterdays not beta), the typo, broken Pakistan leader and wrong tank icon were still there, no indications patch changed any of these bugs (others were earlier, broken string is also still there but Im not sure thatd fix itself retroactively)
