Description
If you don't have NSB, some USSR focuses still have "tank chassis" as a requirement, making them impossible to complete even if you researched the vanilla medium tank models or equivalent.

Steps to Reproduce
Disable NSB and try to complete the focuses "They will know fear" and "Superior war machines".
