Description
The text name of each occupation law isn't clickable in the menu that lets you change occupation laws. The shape of the area that does respond to being selected makes me think it's an issue of a hidden text field obscuring the larger menu button behind it.
Steps to Reproduce
Play as any country with occupied territory and attempt to change its occupation law for a particular country or state.
