Hoi does not load, returning to desktop

Oi.
I have 106 with core but even vanilla does it: when loading screen appears, bar goes to "loading gfx" and then crashes (returns to desktop)! reinstalling and chosing music/off etc does not help... previously when i reinstalled hoi i could play it one time, `cause second times it always crashed. now it never runs... the same problem i had with eu2... you know, it`s not funny to reinstall game every reboot...thanks for help

Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
2) Set the color depth to 16BIT
3) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock

thx for help, but it doesn`t work!
still after reboot it crashes on initializing gfx... i have removed all leader and tech files(leaving only dummies) and it launched two times and then i had to reinstall... it`s rather boring to do it every day -> i have to play all day long without turning off cpu
my friend also has this bug with his eu2/hoi so it`s not my com`s fault...
