When I open the HOI editor and try to open a senerio, all I get is an error message for the editor.exe. It suggests I restart my computer, which I've tried...and dosen't work. I've tried reinstalling the progam, both as a repair and with complete uninstall and install procedures. Is there a patch available to reapir this problem?
