I´m a green player of HOI. One direct question

Is possible to play HOI PBEM?

Well that's not strictly true. You could each pick a country and play it say a month or a week at a time, post on the save game etc much as is done with EU2. You'd just have to balance the amount of time you let each player control their country so as to not unbalance it whereby someone overruns the world in one go.

Its impossible to play PBEM because the game needs a lot of attention at any given moment.

Trust me you will see people setting up pbem games here along the lines I said. Whilst one player has their turn the ai will just run the other countries. This is done all the time with EU2 and there's no difference in principle or reason why it wouldn't work for HOI. Admittedly it might not suit all peoples taste.
