Did you download the correct publisher version of the patch?
Who is the publisher of your game?
Sorry I see that it is Strategy first due to your default directory.
So are you sure you downloaded the SF patch?
If so, you should completely remove the game from your system, manually delete the folders, clean up your registry.
Then do a fresh install, then just apply the 1.03b patch.
