Hold Court event "Serious Business" doesn't clear flags

Description​

I discovered that my steward was considered to be "in_court_event", likely due to the event Serious Business (hold_court.8110), which never clears the flag. The event is also slightly too common, imo.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Trigger the event Serious Business (hold_court.8110)
2. Notice that your steward still has the character flag "in_court_event" afterwards, which prevents them being in a court event.

To fix this, may I suggest the code only set the flag for 1 day? There's no reason a temporary flag like this needs to be set for so long, and it leads to bugs like this where the code forgets to remove it.

Edit: It looks like the flag is supposed to go away after 180 days. It might also be an issue with a different event, idk where
