Holding names and holding info (hammer,tax,manpower icons) disappear and flicker with the latest update.

Description​

Holding names and holding info (hammer,tax,manpower icons) disappear and flicker when you change the zoom level or move the camera away from the holding. Probably due to the latest fix for low fps when zooming in with the 1.13.2. I know it's not crucial but it's very distracting. Especially for people with OCD. I have tested with both engines (Direct11, Vulcan) and a mod free, fresh installed game.

Steps to reproduce​

Just pick a holding on the map and zoom out, usually one click after or before the normal appearance-disappearance and move the camera away-change height.

I just wanted to confirm that I have looked in our ticket-base and this bug report has been filed October 24th and has a priority of "2 - High Priority" which is not gamebreaking or critical - but still very high.

Thanks for the report and apologies that nobody reached out to you sooner, I can reproduce everything in my own client.

Hello, Jon, hope you are well.

Any news on fixing this issue? I have been having the same for the last couple of patches, and it is very frustrating trying to play when the game won't properly show armies and holdings depending on zoom level, which really hampers the whole empire management aspect of the game.
Sorry friend, I'm on my christmas leave, will be back in January, I wouldn't expect any patches until then as our office kind of shuts down for the holidays, but I vow to take a look at the ticket once I'm back and get time off features.

Hey friend!

I could actually no longer find the ticket - and when I now try recreating the bug - I can easily cause the flickering to occur in the 1.13.2 build - but when I play in the version we're currently working in for Chapter IV - I can't recreate the issue. When I reach the "flicker level of zoom in 1.13.2" instead the icons disappear once - and never start flickering.
This would seem like it has been resolved, likely in the big upcoming patch we have.

( I would like to temper expectations - just in case - with saying that it could also be the off-chance that the debug version has some difference with steam that causes the flicker to not occur, but I'd like to stay optimistic with this one )

If it rears its ugly head again I will escalate this a bit further. Unfortunately I'm terrible with the graphic-engine part of the codebase which this would kind of fall under - but I will pester my seniors.
