ok this will be short and sweet so here i go
1936-1941: i focused on infantry doctrins,also on updating tanks. also extended the french defences from the borders of itatly all the way to my borders with belgium. by the time i am done upgrading when the germans attack the netherlands and belgium in late 1941 all the new forts are lvl 6's. i also built forts at my border with spain. (though i did an idiotic move here and didnt garrison anytroops in them)
early 1941: i started producing tank and mechinized units, my tanks are at 11 soft attack and 15 hard attack, my orginization is at the mid 80's things are going good when disaster strikes. japan delcares war on me and takes my only source for rubber.
then germany declares war on me and i didnt know this at the time but spain joined the axis. i have to pull 2 armys (10 divions) out of my defencive positions and then march them south so stop the spanish. unlucky for me they capture the 3 lvl 5 forts i had so attacking them is out of the question. i have some units on the african coast and i decide that i do not need to hold on to africa so i sent my transports to pick up the 6 divions i had there and land them behind enemy lines in spain. that did it the spanis pulled all of there units (dumb AI) out of the forts and went south. i reoccupied them and thats when it went from bad to worse one of my lvl 6 forts got captured and germans were flooding in, i pulled back all of my armys to the 3 provances of Bayonne,Tarbes,and Montipellier. the brits landed in portugal(axis) and started taking that country over and annexed it, i took about 9 divions and marched south and captured the provances of Huesca,Barcelona,and Lleida. i let britain have the rest. then i noticed to germans pulling back some troops and sending them east so i move to go look east and the russians declared war on germany. the russians are making slow but steady progress so im waiting for the germans to get desprate and pull back most of the units in france to go fight the russians then ill will counter attack and take back france and maybe make some land exentions. so right now france is made up 6 "states" and about 30 divions in 3 states protected by now lvl 6 forts. its 1943 so who knows what will happen.
