My archbishop had a slightly negative opinion of me, and of course wasn't endorsing my rule. I was Alfonso VI, so I thought the best way to deal with this would be to fabricate a hook on him. I landed a strong hook, but the act of fabricating a hook made him hate my guts. Unfortunately, currently having a hook on him doesn't cause him to endorse my rule, which was pretty surprising to me as it seems like the exact way an impious ruler should deal with this kind of problem.
So my suggestion is simply that having a hook should affect archbishop endorsement.
