I have a DLC idea.
Would we be able to have a horse racing track/field as part of a tourism or leisure update, doesn't have to be big and it would add onto the horse stables already ingame. No fancy stuff like drawing a track, but the track/field with stands and commentary booth as one building. At least keeps on side open (preferably the straight away) so you could use a beach or lake, or even a great view of the city in the back drop as you watch some horse racing. It could act as another sports building and add onto the sport buildings ingame.
