Is there a hotkey for reinforcing stacks? Im currently stuck in "click" hell playing as china :<

You can click the yellow fist in the upper right corner of the army window to reinforce all divisions in the army. Don't think there is an easier/faster way to do it than that.
And to scroll between stacks, press comma or period. This way, you can reinforce all your stacks pretty quickly by just repeatedly pressing comma/period, click fist, pressing, clicking and so forth.
