House Feud Breaking out after successful murder for no real ingame reason

Description​

I had tried this on multiple occasions (Seems to only work guaranteed after murdering a landed dynasty/house head child). Essentially, do the murder scheme, it will be successful, the secret will still be hidden, nothing was exposed, and a house feud will break out about a month later stating it was due to "your character" murdering "Dead person". It is really ruining Intrigue gameplay.

Steps to reproduce​

For what I did three times in a row with it happening:
start as 1066 Habsburg
arrange a grand wedding with Otto von Habsburg and the Dukes daughter
Start murder scheme against either male heir of the Duke of Austria.
Have it succeed with no discovery or exposing.
The Babenberg duke will start a house feud about a month later (You won't be able to resripocate the feud as well)

As for Platform, I was playing on Steam Deck, but not sure what that platform is called.
