Houses button missing under Dynasties

Description​

Dynasties with less than two houses will not display house buttons in the game interface.

Steps to reproduce​

There is an error in the game file window_dynasty_house.gui at line 771. The number of dynasty houses is incorrectly marked as greater than '(int32)2', which will cause the house button to not be displayed in the game interface for dynasties with less than two houses. Changing '(int32)2' to '(int32)1' fixes the problem.
