Playing as Crete when a feudatory of mine was attacked by Macedon. After losing my army and navy and knowing there's no way I can beat such overwhelming numbers, I want to give up the OPM to Macedon. After all, it was the war goal that dragged me into this mess. The option comes up when I "Suggest" a peace treaty but when I try to alter this (like not giving up my entire island), the whole peace deal changes. Where can I find the option to just give up the feudatory?

I think that in order to give up your feudatory's land to Macedon it needs to be occupied by them. However note that even if you propose to give up that land they might still not agree to your terms and demand more. Doesn't matter If this was their initial casus belli they might be demanding more land in the peace deal!
