In the Ogre mission, despite dozens of Danger Flags positioned around the Ogre, my heroes continue to explore near him and attack him. I have no Explore Flags set nearby, of course, but can't keep them constantly busy with other tasks such that they don't do their own thing from time to time.

Many times, the Ogre wanders close to my buildings. And if he does, then I seem to have no hope that the heroes will not attack him. But even if he doesn't, he always seems to wander between the tiny village and my buildings.

Do the Danger Flags stop working at level 10 or something? I'm trying to enjoy this level/map by exploring the whole thing and building my economy and heroes. The only time I've been able to do that on this level is when the Ogre glitched and became frozen in an upright position. Of course then when I attacked him at the end, he just stood there and did not fight back.

You need to spend more gold on a danger flag in order it to scare away high level heroes. Basically, a hero of lvl 1 will be scared by a 100 gold Fear Flag and a hero of lvl 10 will be scared by a 500 gold flag. Note that some classes tend to resist or ignore Fear flags (like paladins). Not a problem in this mission thou.
