How can I remove "Mole" status on a charater?

Hey,
Not sure if I'm simply missing something very obvious here however, this wasn't explained in the tutorial and I cannot find a button to reassign the position of one of my crew members (Hugh Miller) after assigning him to become a mole. At the moment he is unplayable and is losing his morale as he hasn't been with my team for a couple months (in game). I would like him to become a standard useable crew member again so I can use him during raids etc...

I'm playing on the Xbox game pass version, launched via your game launcher and I'm on the latest version.

You can't reassign him from a mole, you just need to wait 6 months until he's done his job and he'll back in your crew.

Ahhhhh right! Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I eventually randomly got him back but I guess it was at the 6 month point.
