How can modders use the new tags, procedure wise?

Hi all. We are trying to find out how to use the new tags that come with 1.05. We have added countries before in 1.04 but it does not seem to work the same for the new tags that come with 1.05. The editor from Kodak does not recognize them at all. So the question is, how do we implement new countries with the new tags? If anyone has any information on this is would be great. Thanks in advance.

The new tags can be used exactly as old ones. There's nothing different about those. Third party tools like Kodak's probably would need an update to support the new tags though. Until then you can do it the old way by manual edit of DB files (revolt.txt, text files, ministers, leaders and so on) - here's guide for that.
