How do I change a country's name?

I believe the title says it all. I'd like change the name of one of the Germanic tribes to "The Vandals." Anyone know how to do that?

You can change a country's name by heading over to the localisation folder inside the Rome folder, open up countries.csv (with a normal text editor, notepad will suffice) and search for the name of the country you want to change. For example it might say

ALB;Albania;Albanie;Albanien;;Albania;Albania;;;;;;x

so to change the name of Albania to Legae just swap 'Albania' with 'Legae' on that line, leave the ; intact.

Edit: If you want to change the name of a country in game, head to the savegames folder and open the save you want to edit. If I still want to change the name of Albania I will have to search for ' name="Albania" ' where I swap "Albania" for, in this case, "Legae".
