I am working on a mod which adds a bookmark, and I need to change province ownership. Easy, right? I looked in the province folders to change the ownership (expecting it be like HOI4), nothing there about ownership. Okay, so I go to another mod's files and search in there. Nothing. I searched google, and found nothing that worked. Long story short, I can't find anything that changes province ownership (which would be relatively simple to find). Can anyone help me with this?
