How do I find what area (e.g. HRE) a province is in?

Many missions say 'keep Poland out of HRE'. How can I find out what provinces are in HRE? I do notice I can see what regions my own provinces are in my going to the ledger.

I could start as every country, go to the ledger, and write them all down :-( but there must be a better way.

Go to the religion screen, hold the cursor over a province for a moment and it will say Hannover catholic etc and then 'part of the hre'

If i recall correctly. It should also be bordered on the religious map.
