How do I mod out the “on map province tooltip”?

Hi,
How do I mod out the “on map province tooltip” that is displayed on the right above and on top of the minimap. This thing is so annoying on small laptop screens.

In settings.txt, I can dusable draw_tooltips, but it removes all the tooltips. So that’s not an option.
