cant find where to tweak it in the files?
if its not possible to tweak it, is it possible to remove it completely?
right now i have a 10 charisma guy in office, mouse over says he will peak at 10 charisma when statesmanship gets high enough, but i cant for the life of me find any office that goes above 80%...
is there some base statesmanship missing, or how does a character ever get to 100%?
