How do I post pictures

I want to try my hand at an AAR, but I really want to include pictures and I don't have a friggin idea how to do it? First how do you save a screen shot? What button do you push? Once you have a screen shot how do you put it in a post? Any help would be appreciated!

Press f11 during gameplay. This will save a screenshot to the game's directory. Next, open the file in paint and save it as a .jpeg. They are much smaller with only a minimal loss in quality. Next, you need a host. www.imageshack.us is a good one.
