Made some air transports and don't know how to put my infantry units on them can u help?

Is this a multiplayer problem?
You can only load paratroopers into air transports. no other units at all.
Simply put the paras and air transports in the same province and when you command the paras, click them in the province where they are and you will be asked if you want to load them.

It needs to be noted that you can only board PARATROOPS on the air transports...all u need to do is select the troop and right click a transport in the same province. 1 troop per plane.,
