How do I rollback to 2.7.2? My save games are ruined.

How do I get back to 2.7.2? Weird stuff is happening in my save game. I was building some Norse trade buildings, and the game tells me I've built "Camel traders".

In Steam right-click on the game, select properties and then the "Betas" tab
