How do I turn HoI2 sytle falgs into AoD style flags

I'd like to know how I have to change the RGB values of HoI2 style flags to turn them into AoD style flags. Or isn't it just the RGB values but something else to?

I'm afraid I can't help you. I don't know these values... You'd better ask TeutonburgerW, I'm sure he knows. And to be honest, I don't like this "washed-out" effect...
