How do I turn off whatever removes maa reinforcement for landless adventurers? I hate paying for maa

Figured it out, for anyone wondering if you go to 00_government_types.txt and find landless_adventurer_government and switch the value under it called conditional_maa_refill from yes to no it makes you maa auto refill for no cost
