How do I uninstall mod?

How do I uninstall the mod 'Before the Conquest'? as extra provinces in Wales, Ireland and Scotland are unconquerable with armies entering causing the game to crash.

Could people either post ways to stop the game crashing or more simply, to remove the mod files.

That is not related to the mod, since I (and many others) are using that mod without any problems.
And without any other information it is impossible to tell what is causing your crashes.

You can't uninstall a mod, you need to completely re-install the basic game. That is why it is adviced to always make several installations of CK, of which one is a unmodded version.
