How do I unload the rest of my first rocket?

It's time to send it back to Earth for more supplies, but for the life of me I can't see how?

You're probably missing storage space for the rest of the cargo to be unloaded. Once it's empty and refueled, the launch button is in the top left corner of the rocket status window.
