Is there a way to start the game like civilization, where you can control the number of nations and start with 0 resources, 0 army, etc...?
There is no scenerio editor where you can do this? The advertisements tell us it has one!

Bah I'd hardly call it easy. Time consuming and irritating is more like it. One mistake means hours of work down the drain

Theres somewhere in the manual that says "Scenario Editor" or something like that. False Advertising

It's called the "Fantasia"-scenario. There's one in Eu1 as well

Is there a way to change the countries in the fantasia scenario... Frankly the nations there all suck with their positions, I'd love to do one as Byzantium
