How do you make House Flags into the Title Flags

So using a custom dynasty I have risen to the Lord Paramountcy of the Vale but it feels a bit off to have the Arryn banner as my flag.

Does anyone know how to make my House flag the same as my title flag?

EDIT: Oh and I've already tried the 'coa_on_barony_only = no' method.

You need to make a fake title that has your dynasty coa as its flag. Then add it to the dynamic coa events.
