My basic understanding is that it is just like supply depot in Starcraft.
You can only raise as many levies as your supply limit allows. If you try to raise more levies than supply limit, the troops will slowly die due to starvation.
However, that leads me to more questions and I am hoping someone can clarify.
Consider this scenario, let's say there is a province with a supply limit of 10k, which is owned by me.
An enemy count desired the province for himself and launched an attack with 8k troops, and I also countered it with 8k troops of my own.
Are my troops going to be ok because their size, 8k, is still within the supply limit,
Or are they going to die of attrition because the total number of troops fighting, 16k, is over the supply limit of the province?
Also, different terrains give different amount of boost to supply limit, is there a way for me to change the terrain of provinces and if there is, how can I do it?
