Im only intrested in this game for multiplayer component , how many now are playing mp . Are you seeing more in lobby or are there not many playing ? Also is it only controlling one ship battles ? Or can you control more ?

I've been popping into multiplayer since early yesterday evening until this morning, so about for the past 10 or more hours I've popped in and out of multiplayer to give it a go.
Everytime that I've popped into multiplayer, there are massive amounts of games waiting to be joined, but there are 0 players already in them. I belive the way it works is that all the rooms are setup by the developer/publisher and you need to be registered member on the EIC website and then use that reg info to login to any of the games listed as they all seem to be password protected. Anyway, no point to it as there were no other players playing in any of the games that were setup and waiting for players.
Theres a couple different type of game plays for multiplayer, some allowing up to 5 ships to be controlled by each player.
Honestly, I don't think that the tactical battle map screen and it's controls are really up to par, and thus why nobody plays any quick battles online.
