Hello everyone. When i wanted to add a modifer to a specific place, i used effect = {title:c_??? = {add_county_modifier = ???}}. It adds a modifier to a whole County, so it affects all baronies within. But i noticed a Poetry Salon modifier from decision. It adds modifier directly on a holding screen, where terrain/weather/stationed regiments are. So there is a way to add it. Anyone knows the effect command for it? I tried a couple random ones, like add_holding_modifier, add_castle_modifier, title:b_???, add_province_modifier, etc. None of them worked.
