How to check if VV is running?

I installed the games from Impulse - Rome seems to be running but is there any way to see if VV installed? There don't seem to be any new menus from the tutorial and the buttons at the top from the IGN review don't seem to be there.

edit - Think I fixed it. Impulse downloaded the main game and the expansion at the same time. I uninstalled VV and then reinstalled - seems to be OK now - VV shows up under the game title and I have extra buttons in the game.
