How to colonize ruins?

Heya, so I just formed the Ghiscari empire but i still can't seem to colonize anything.

I can attack with the colonization CB the various dothraki hordes, but the ruins (like Old Ghis which I want to colonize) seem to be unavailable.

Anyone knows if I am doing something wrong or if it's just broken?

Colonization is now a targeted decision tied to the holding. Right-click on the holding in the province view, and the option should show up.
