How to create a GiF from a Bmp ?

With all thoses great graphical mods rolling around I got problem to choose wich units to use.

It can be better if I can check them side by side so if someone can tell me how to transalte a .bmp into his animated .gif form I could make me a test page without having to change files and reload umptenth time...
