Hi. i got a problem in my city..
i have 70k+ cims , nearly all buildings are max level. i have both spezialized and generic industry (+offices).
services are perfect, money is no problem. the only thing is commercial demand... i cant get any..
i have a lot of tourists/unique buildings and that is where i mostly placed my commercial, but i cant get any demand...
i am now at the point where my industry is complaining really hard that they dont have a place to sell their goods. in the tooltips it says zone more commercial. well great, i have plenty zoned, but it just wont build, nor will the demand go up. here is my pic of the ratio of res/ind/off/comm : http://i.imgur.com/Zp5huR1.jpg
whats your ratio? my 18:12:6:2 cant be right....
i kinda think it is a bug... i dont know why i dont get commercial demand. its been like that from the start... only veeery small demands from time to time. and now for a long time no demand at all.
