We are running 3.0.3 and a bunch of mods I merged with Irony and we are having desync issues on the 1st of every second month. I'm reasonably sure it's a mod causing the issue.
I'm trying to figure out which mod is causing it but as I merged them together it's not so easy. I have been looking in the oos folder on both of our laptops and noticed two funky things after comparing them with WinMerge but I don't know how to take it further.
First odd thing is that in economic_units_x.log there is a single object that seems to be out of sync.

I tracked down the object for 6105 and it's one of my planets. There is a cloning vat and 10 so 27 food reflects the 30 for a cloning vat minus 10% from the Prosperity tradition. In a file with over 100,000 lines this is the only discrepancy. Perhaps it's not an issue and I'm only noticing it because I'm digging around?
Looking at the error file, the second odd thing is that on her laptop 10 seconds before the desync her game seems to be looking at a different file.
