So I started the Young Wolf campaign, after winning the war I made the stark's objective to kill the Iron throne.
60 years later, The iron throne has only The Vale The Rock and The Reach as re jure vassals. The stormlands are ruled by independent Starks, Dorne won it's independence with my help and Iron Isles and the North(with riverlends) has been indemended since the War of the 5 kings.

My question is, how do I kill the title once and for all so that there's no threat to my title ever?

Also this mod is awesome, is 3 AM and tomorrow's Monday, and I'm still playing.

If you have both e_north and e_iron_throne you should be able to destroy the e_iron_throne title. You may have to chat yourself to some extra prestige to do it becasue the mod mechanics are simply not made to deal with destroyed titles.

Pity the decision the High Septon sometimes takes in the Faith Militant rebellion to break up the kingdom isn't available to players.

damn I was 2 times close to take the iron throne, but I thought it was not something the north would do, so I just chipped at the iron throne in the westerlands and the vale, and supporting stormland and dornish independence

I do wish it was possible for the Seven Kingdoms to truly implode, if enough LPs break off. Right now if half the kingdoms split the King usually reconquers them one by one once he recovers.

It would be less of a problem if the former LPs banded together to prevent the King from reconquering them. Perhaps a coalition of sorts.

I personally just want my heirs of my New Valyria Empire (Rogue Prince Scenario) to quit going off to claim Westeros. How do you get rid of a claim? Could we even maybe if its not too much trouble make a "forfeit Claim" feature? Is that Possible to do?

You could always just conquer the Iron Throne with your claim, make New Valyria your primary title, then destroy the Iron Throne yourself? Grant the lord of the Crownlands independence, but keep Dragonstone?

Ally with the High Septon if it's possible and get him mad enough to rebel against the King/Queen on the Iron Throne while your army is sitting off the coast of King's Landing. He'll call you into the war, you crush the King's forces, and then the HS will win and dismantle the IT.
