Id like to make some maps, but I dont know how to draw shading. is there any way to easily draw shading or do you just have to be talented in Photoshop?

I just made a layer that has a shading outer glow and bevelling, and drew my borders.
Shading manually is for chumps
I also made a layer to just draw in rivers.
Just have a darker base colour under land provinces than sea provinces.
