I want to edit cores for certain nations (removing and adding them) Where/How can I change the cores for certain countries? I looked through the folders couldnt find anything at least not a txt file. Help?

Go to Darkest Hour\Mods\Darkest Hour Full\scenarios\ folder. There you can see two folder, 1914 and 1936, but containing .inc files. You have to edit the .inc files of the country you want in the scenario you want and look at the nationalprovinces = {} list of province ids.
nvm figured it out just have to right click and hit edit. Is there a list of provinces with their corresponding # so I can edit it? Do I just remove the number for the national provinces list?
Yes, jsut remove the number.
Go to Darkest Hour\Map\Map_1\Province_names.csv to see "province_id -> province_name". Maybe start with one province and then check if it works (you need to start a new scenario, it won't work on a savegame).
