As stated in topic I would like to know how to go about this as I'm sick and tired of seeing hosts spawn on wrong continent and never making it to their war targets. Maybe it could be "fixed" by making strait crossings on stepstones (Westeros - Essos).
Or do I even need to edit map and just poke around in some text files as I don't mind couple missing red lines. I'm no coder so basic instructions would be appreciated.
Even better if you can give couple lines that I can copypasta to correct spot somewhere.
