Hi
Can anyone tell me how to embark troops into ships, and then sail those troops into an enemy province and desembark those troops ?

I have a fleet that have both battleships and transportships(it says that it can carry weight of 60), and I have an army (weight of 40) in a province with a habour, the fleet is in the habour, but how do I embark this army into those transportships ?

Just press the 'unload' button and right-click on the province (you have to be on sea zone next to it naturally). You have to declare war on them first though. And no harbour is needed.

Hi!

Your ships have to be outside the harbour. Then youz choose your army and right-click on your ships. Now your army should embark.

If I'm not mistaken, it also work if there is no harbor in the province your troops are in. (Or otherwhise how could we reembark troops that were dropped at a trading post ?)

It might be nice in a future version to have loading time of troops reduced where you are loading them in a province with a friendly harbor :)

BTW :

If you send a loaded ship to an harbor, it will automatically unload its troops when it enters the harbor.

However, if you select an harbor as a WAYPOINT (as opposed to the final destination), the troops will NOT be unloaded at the waypoint.

To establish a rooute for your ship that contains waypoint(s), right click on your first waypoint and then shift-right click for all subsequent waypoints. The last specified waypoint will be the final destination where troops will be unloaded if that location happens to BE an harbor.
